From concept to completion, Iesis understands what it takes for projects to succeed. Clients commission us at to produce an Initial Report at the outset of a project to determine expected costs, procurement, programming and planning.
With a clear assessment, funders are then more confident as to what can be achieved and our team stays on hand as the development progresses. By advising on risk assessment, cashflow analysis, development appraisals, planning and security document review as well as construction cost benchmark, funders are fully informed and issues effectively dealt with should they arise.
We regularly work with other appointed agents and conduct regular site visits until project completion.
