Gorleston Street is a residential development of 29 rental apartments, comprising 23 affordable intermediate, alongside 6 private units. The scheme sets new design standards for affordable, ‘key worker’ housing and offers exceptionally well planned, flexible apartments with uncompromising fit-outs.

Highly sustainable, the development achieves Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4, utilising green roofs, living walls, photovoltaic panels and quality material selection.

Iesis Structures provided structural and civil engineering services as well as helping resolve a number of challenging party wall issues.
