An unusual project involving the partial demolition of a restaurant in Holland Park, then building a bespoke mews house in the space demolition revealed, followed by refurbishing the existing restaurant. Working within such a constricted space presented a number of difficult challenges so Iesis produced a complex construction management plan ensuring smooth delivery of the house from start to finish.
