Creative has been instructed to provide the interior design concept for this existing listed art deco building in the centre of Belfast. This former telephone exchange building will be carefully crafted to accommodate 9 large No. self contained apartments including demolition of internal partitions to facilitate new internal layout. Malone Exchange on the Lisburn Road is the latest development to be taken on by the Portland Property Group, owned by Robert Mulligan.
