Bath Sea Cadets’ long-standing Victorian headquarters on St John’s Road on the banks of the River Avon needed major upgrade and renovation works to make it fit for purpose. Iesis helped bring this outdated building back to life and up to modern standards by creating a practical Cadets facility on the ground floor, as well as 18 new studio apartments for post graduates on the upper floors.
