Iesis Structures are delighted to see that Alton Road was an award winner for Optivo Housing at the National Housing Awards earlier this month. The scheme won the award for Best Scheme in Planning (30+ units) and is a 100% affordable housing development including extra care accommodation, adjacent to Richmond Park.

The judges remarked that the scheme was thoughtfully designed and applauded the inclusion of extra care accommodation as part of the wider development. Many congratulations to Optivo Housing and jm architects, who produced the design and are taking the project forward through construction.

Iesis Structures are providing civil and structural engineering services at all stages of the project.
