Iesis Urban are pleased to announce that work has finished on a complete refit for the Ridge offices in Bristol.
Work included the removal of the old kitchen, partitions, flooring. lighting and data cabling from which the flooring and furniture were recycled.
Urban also designed and supplied the new kitchen, glazed and solid partitions, meeting booths, wall art and graphics, bench desking, blinds, external signs, chairs, under floor cable baskets, air conditioning, flooring .

Associated British Ports
ABP is the UK’s leading port operator, with a unique network of 21 ports across England, Scotland and Wales, including Southampton the nation’s second largest and most efficient container port, as well as the
UK’s number one for cars and cruise ships. The office at the Southampton port offers historic significance, looking out onto the birthplace of the iconic Titanic Ship before it left for its ill fated final voyage
Once the needs of the staff had been clearly established, we set about providing an office space that was operationally functional coupled with creative design. A collection of bespoke furniture was acquired and installed by our expert team including height adjustable tables, storage walls and Boss Design Coza meeting chairs. The end result was an attractive yet useable space which contained a multitude of unique design solutions and furniture.
We have now completed our third project for Associated British Ports, in the same building supplying all of their reception furniture which included a bespoke reception counter with ABP logo, reception sofas, height adjustable desks, Orange Box Operator chairs, bespoke joinery, bespoke storage wall, break out furniture, meeting tables & chairs and meeting pods.
William Canynge House
William Canynge House is situated in the heart of Bristol’s commercial business district. Comprising a modern building with period style façade, in close proximity to Queen Square, Temple Quay and Temple Meads railway station. The premises offer two well-lit, modern, ground floor open plan offices which have recently undergone internal refurbishment – available either in part or as a whole suite. The offices provide new carpeting and redecoration throughout, VRF air conditioning and suspended ceilings with flat panel LED lighting. The premises also benefit from 16 designated car parking spaces.
Wembley Power League
The Lucozade Power League office overlooks the iconic arch of Wembley stadium. The organisation is the
original and first provider of commercial small sided football in the UK, offering opportunities to play to
people of all ages. RACS Property & Interiors were selected to implement a complete the office fit-out.
Working closely with Sam Smith from Apple Design, who has over 20 years’ experience in office
refurbishment and interior design, we outlined the needs of the organisation and began collecting fit for
purpose materials to create a stunning workplace for a vibrant and ever developing business.
The project included glazed and solid partitioning to create segregated work spaces, a full kitchen fit-out,
desking, contemporary mushrooms stools, tailored storage spaces and a bespoke boardroom table.
From office design and furniture sourcing to installation, the project was delivered in 4 weeks. The end
result was a space that was not only eye catching, but also met the needs of the staff.
This Rengen Developments project in Old Market, Bristol comprises new build commercial on the ground floor with 10 no 1 and 2 bedroom apartments above, situated on the site of an existing 1960s Post Office building. Iesis Group is appointed as project managers and quantity surveyors, with the Iesis Special Structures providing structural engineering services.
This prestigious 320 unit 7 storey mixed use scheme in Ealing comprises five blocks with green roofs, roof terraces and commercial space at ground floor.
Brooks Dye Works
This exciting Acorn Property regeneration project comprises the redevelopment of the former Brooks Laundry site at St Werburgh’s, Bristol. The scheme will include 102 new build residential units and commercial/community space, enlargement of Mina Road Park and associated infrastructure improvements. The site is allocated within Bristol City Council’s development plan for housing and light industrial development, and aims to enhance the overall area removing a long standing derelict industrial site, connecting the surrounding community and helping to improve new housing supply demand in the city. Spire Healthcare Nottingham
Spire Healthcare Parkway
Spire Parkway is Iesis’ second collaboration with Spire Healthcare. A £9m project the challenge was to redevelop and refurbish the hospital to provide new day care facilities, endoscopy and oncology units as well as a new operating theatre. Forty patient bedrooms were also upgraded as part of a particularly challenging scheme given that the hospital had to remain fully operational for the duration of the works.
Southampton Business Centre
Iesis undertook the Development Management for the delivery of this BREEAM excellent office facility for Southampton Council. The scheme involved demolishing an existing building and the construction of 80,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation as well as managing all aspects of the development delivery.
Spire Healthcare Aztec West
Spire Specialist Care Centre in Aztec West on the outskirts of Bristol is the first Spire cancer treatment centre in the UK. This was a fast-track redevelopment of an existing office building to create the cancer treatment area as well as high quality treatment accommodation.
Greenwich Millenium Village
Iesis Special Structures are providing Civil and Structural Engineering services for this prestigious redevelopment on the Greenwich Peninsula in London. The phased development comprises a mix of residential properties from low rise houses up to 11 storey apartment blocks. Iesis Special Structures have worked closely with the geotechnical specialists to produce efficient foundations despite challenging ground conditions.
Iesis Structures are providing Civil & Structural Engineering services for this new development close to East Putney tube station in South London. The scheme involves the demolition of the existing office building and the construction of a new eleven storey concrete frame structure with a deep single storey basement. The tight urban site required careful consideration of adjacent party wall structures when determining the sequencing of the construction and temporary works design. The development incorporates commercial space at the lower three levels with residential units and landscaped roof terraces above.
This project entailed the refurbishment of the Bath Tourism office. Works included new air-conditioning, solid & glazed partitions, folding wall.
Urban designed the new space and supplied and installed new office furniture to include, bench desks, reception counter, board room table and chairs, reception tub chairs.
